I found running to be fun. It is always been my outlet to push away my stress. I run because I wanted something inside of me to get out, like wanted to express my emotions, like I wanted to think of something bad to be good. I discover more and create ideas when I am running. These are always been my reason why I run.
What’s the craziest thing you’ve done to boost your run?
I don’t want to have a broken heart again to run the way I run before. I felt like those bad emotions and feelings are energy’s that I have to consume. Running is the best options I had that time and even from this day forward. Running becomes my alliance to suppress my feelings and express my emotions.
- I run when I am happy – enjoy everything I see and give thanks
- I run when I don’t want to be angry – It helps me to think better, I can get tired for being mad but I chose to get tired of running
- I run when I am good or bad – and running will always make me feel better
- I run when I in love or even heart broken. – Just to have time to talk with myself and understand that loving my self is more than enough to be happy and to give love more.
I found running to comfort my self like shoes. We step with them all the time but still they give comfort. I love to wear running shoes with superior cushioning, optimal fit and temperature independence. Having a good pair of shoes can always make running performance better and comfortable.
